The current production process uses a large amount of organic solvents which causes VOC emission problems. It has excellent physical properties and has been used widely now. With the rise of environmental awareness,  it has gradually been replaced by water-based PU. 
The price is about 1.6 times of PVC price.

High durability: Advances in polymer chemistry have greatly increased the service  life of PU.
